• Restaurant services

• Private events

• Boat charter experiences

By using this website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Reservations

Reservations made through the website are subject to availability.

For certain services, reservations may require validation by our team before final confirmation.

Rainbow Café reserves the right to accept or refuse any reservation request depending on availability, operational constraints, or safety requirements.

3. Payments

Payments are processed online via Stripe, a secure payment platform.

Depending on the service selected, payment may be:

• Charged immediately at the time of booking, or

• Requested after internal confirmation by our team

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Boat Charter Reservations

Boat charter bookings are subject to availability and internal validation.

In the event that a selected date becomes unavailable after booking:

• The reservation will be cancelled

• A full refund will be issued via the original payment method

Rainbow Café shall not be held responsible for delays, modifications, or cancellations caused by weather conditions, maritime regulations, safety requirements, or decisions made by local authorities.

5. Reservation Policy

A valid credit card is required to confirm certain reservations.

• The card is not charged at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified

• The card will only be charged in the event of:

  • A no-show

  • A cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date

In such cases, a fee of €30 per person may apply.

No reservation is held without a valid credit card on file.

6. Late Arrival Policy

In the event of a delay exceeding 15 minutes, Rainbow Café reserves the right to:

• Cancel the reservation

• Apply applicable cancellation or no-show fees

Guests are encouraged to notify the team as soon as possible in case of delay.

7. Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in applicable fees

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

9. User Responsibilities

Guests are expected to respect the venue, staff, other guests, and all safety rules in place.

Rainbow Café reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a reservation in case of inappropriate behavior, non-compliance with house rules, or safety concerns.

10. Force Majeure

Rainbow Café shall not be held liable for failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions

• Governmental restrictions

• Technical failures

• Force majeure events

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
